The explanation arrives on WhatsApp in English or Hindi, with the original a tap away. It says what the report shows, not what to do.

The four values above range arrive with their source lines, so the conversation starts from the page. The clinician makes the call.

In a separate, authorised workflow, claim lines are matched to documents and policy clauses, the arithmetic is checked and gaps are named. A person decides.
